Losing Time is a fabulous debut which portrays the band's niche well. The Jody Grind has already honed a nice technique of blues influenced folk rock, although this is their first record.

Sara Colb's vocals are a cross-polination of kd lang & Jewel; and they fit the blues, country, folk style with equal talent. She is backed by masterful guitaring of James Houlahan & Barry Fleischer.
